So did the slave blow shifting on the dyno, or doing the pull after cruising in gear?

All of the the slaves started making noise but still functional except the one that went out on the dyno after it was installed, had to replace the Clutch & Slave the last time. I don't know exactly what has failed on this one yet, but I would bet another slave (throwout bearing).
