Just went to see Fantastic Beasts... J.K.Rowlings new wizard movie. I must say I enjoyed much more than any one of the Harry Potter movies, as this one seemed to be more geared to adults. Awesome cinematography! And yes, the beasts were fantastic!! Anyone else seen the movie yet and what did you think? Heard there are three more in the works, should be a great series!

I thought it was "okay" at best. I agree, we saw some cool beast, but so what was the big deal with them? Not really wanting to give anything away, but how about this idea. I will use my cool beast to help battle evil, or capture the bad guys, or assist in many different ways to capture the bad guys. nope, all I have is a stick and we'll see what it can do. not impressed with that part of the movie.

I loved it. My favorite character was the pastry chef.

I believe the beasts were the reason for him to come to America, to find a mate for a rare species that was only available in the states. Once here, the escape and mayhem that ensues is the plot item.

I think his main reason was to get the giant bird back to Arizona
