It sounded like the throttle was being feathered, or you lost traction at the end of the track. You can the exhaust note change. Kinda hard with the guy on the camera standing right next to a nasty big block trying to idle!

Can we get some specs on the car?

We have gone 126 on some slow passes, that we had wheel spin. We have a new combo to run at the LSX shootout. I will post slips with MPH it you want.

It's odd how the cars run a faster mph with wheel spin, I have a pass of 11.02 @ 129 m6 car.

Wheelspin adds time to your run, which means more time to gain speed...you'll see the Nitro guys talk about it occasionally. None of my best mph passes came on my best et passes.

If you have a timeslip of that run, post it in the fastest 1/4 mile thread. Also list your mods, so we can add you to the appropriate list.

According to some people... MPH is the one that counts .

MPH is representative of power, ET is representative of traction...if you were aiming that at me....MPH is my goal not ET, ET results in broken parts, and incase you are not aware, CV axles are ~$1800.

Exactly, I posted on 9/5 in another thread asking if my runs were the fastest L99 so far, for nearly an entire month no one says anything until now. If people posted timeslips and were added like the forum requests we wouldn't have to ask...FWIW, the fastest video posted by ARD was @ 122mph....that was the exact question in my post on 9/5 asking both the quickest and fastest, hence the reason for my posts...plus the fact I thought their car was an M6.

We know what you meant by fastest, and your car is badass by the way.

Nice work.
