Which head gaskets for vvt cam swap

Gonna start gathering more parts for the cam swap and im stumped on which head gaskets to run? Im gonna be running the tsp vvt 4.2 cam
Should i run cometic mls or just standard mls gaskets? Thickness as well.

If your plan on boost, ls9 mls factory, otherwise factory LS3 are hard to beat...

If it were my car, I'd be running Cometic gaskets at .040" compressed thickness.

I would mock it up and measure PtV then decide what gasket to use. That way you can get as much compression out of it as possible.

this is what i used. With the gpi ss4 cam i had to flycut already so adding the thinner gasket wasn't a big concern
