Does anyone know if a radio from a 2013 can be swapped into a 2010 without many complications?

I believe you’ll need a harness from gen5diy.

Save yourself the hassle and go aftermarket. You’ll get more/better options as well as cost you less. Save your old factory setup if you ever want to go back.

Yep go aftermarket. I went with a Pioneer AVIC 8500 & Maestro/Cam2. Couldn’t be happier....
