It won't work on a ZL1, the bumpers are completely different.

In the middle of the grill install - do the 14-15 camaros have 3 bolts under the bumper? Or is it just because of the Z/28 splitter? I'm referring to figure 2 in the link... My car has 3x 10mm bolts, not 2x.

Do you mean on the way underside of the front bumper on number 3 on that attachment? I have 2 13mm bolts there.
