This should also piss people off since they paired the auto with an LS3 on the same platform as the Camaro. What happened to AFM and the L99?

I imagine it's a matter of volume. Chevy is only planning to sell between 5 and 10k SS sedans. If I'm off on my numbers, I expect Fen would be able to correct me.

LS3 has to piss off the L99 owners.

Those seats belong in the ZL1. Not a fan of the body, to vanilla IMO

"While Chevy executives wouldn't discuss pricing for the SS yet, it won't come cheap. So yeah, with that kind of volume, why not just charge gas guzzler tax?

P.S. And yeah, this car having the LS3 with a 6 speed auto does kinda piss me off.

I would take this SS over the Charger SRT8...only because I love Chevys. Sorry Ford, you don't have a RWD sedan anymore. Too bad the Brembos are only in the front and not all fours.

I like it... I love that GM is building it too. No manual is probably a deal-breaker for me though. And for that money(ish), it would be hard to just not pick up a used CTS-V. But yeah I'm loving what GM has been doing the past few years; SS included.

Meh, I don't really like it. I mean it's ok, but nothing really excites me about it.

It's like they started with a Camaro, ripped the body off, put an Impala and Malibu in a blender, put it all together and called it the SS.
