The picture shows our larger lower idler pulleys we just made. You could just change the lower idler by the alternator to a larger pulley and it will help with belt wrap at the crank some. Here it is with the smaller idler at the alternator.

Ok thanks for the replies would that cause the service stablitrac to come on at WOT at like 90mph plus or would that be a misfire or clutch slip it comes on for like 4 seconds then goes away once I back off the gas I have changed the plug wires and plugs and it still does it, where do i buy the 10 rib pulley setup does someone sell a kit to change everything or just buy the super tensioner?
thanks

It looks like you just changed the location of the upper idler pulley to just below the TB and rerouted the belt in that area (?). How/where did you mount that pulley and what length of belt would I need to run with a 3.4" or 3.2" SC pulley? That looks like it might be enough wrap (?) to resolve my slip issues, at least until going to a much smaller pulley. Thanks again for the insight.

How long can you expect a Magnusson TVS2300 to last? Mine is 3 years old. I increased my pulley to a 3.4 expecting to get 8-10#s of boost. My HP Tuner MPVI, nGAUGE, & column mounted Boost Gauge say I'm only getting 5-7#s. My signature reflects all my current modifications. Is there a way to pressure test it for leaks? Been dreaming of upgrading to a HeartBeat, maybe this is my sign & justification?

My updated signature did not post with this: The 2 new additions are: Jannetty Racing SuperTensioner & Jannetty Racing FPCM.

The FPCM fixed my fuel pressure issue. The SuperTensioner did not fix my low boost issue.

Keep up the info sharing

I have never heard of a TVS 2300 wearing out.

Who has run the %50 overdrive pulleys with a 416?
What kind of boost increase was observed?

I just installed the prototype finally into my blower, but am on my way to a deployment. Preliminary data looked good, but getting concrete data would have taken more time than I had avalable.

Ah, makes sense...... I talked with Thomas Hendrix and what he said fits your explanation. Bummer because my blower is coming off to replace the head unit
