Late nights
I had a store do inventory tonight. I just got home a couple minutes ago. I honestly hate staying up past 10 PM these days. So the question is do you like staying up late? And what is your reasoning for yes or no?

Yes I usually stay up till 2. I've done it so much its just normal now and I feel fine when I wake up. Also allows you to get some good naps in the afternoon if need be. The reasoning behind it I don't know just hardly ever fall asleep before than.

I dont think i can even go to sleep earlier then 2-3am, sometimes later. I dont really mind it though. Im pretty much use to it. I can function 100% on a good 6 hours of sleep

I hate when I have to work til 2300 then be on call. I still wake up at about 0600. When I am up late I wake up with a headache.

For the last 10 years I get up at 3:30 to be at work by 6:00. I try to be laying in bad by 9:00 pm. If I stay up past 10:00 pm. I feel it the next morning.

Seriously, I'm a night owl. Had a hard time sleeping at night and it screwed me over a lot when I worked during the day. Almost funny: I'm a night person and my eyes are overly sensitive to light (I can't go outside without DARK sunglasss or my eyes hurt) add to that the fact that I'm allergic to garlic... Sensing a theme here?

I work till 4AM every week day. Now that I'm used to it, I actually like the time.
