I need some help with displaying a car for Charity

Hi Everyone,

I am a Fleet/Internet Sales Manager at Brown & Brown Chevy on Main St in Mesa. I am writing to you now because I need your help. I am a sponsor at the Annual Hilton Customer Appreciation Party on Alma School and the US 60, on September 17, 2009. They are celebrating a 25 year anniversary and want several themes to represent what's changed over the last 25 years. I will be displaying a 2010 Camaro on site from Sept 16 to 17. What I need is a volunteer to display a nice Mid 80's Camaro (coupe if possible). More equipment the better. It will be displayed right next to a New 2010 Camaro. I will need to stage the Camaro's on the morning of the 16th and the event will be on the 17th. I will have your car detailed on the 15th if wanted (free of charge). Brown & Brown Chevy will give you some merchandise from our parts dept or possibly a small donation to your Club. Please let me know ASAP if possible and send photos please. I am trying to have a car locked in by Saturday. I appreciate any assistance in this matter and look forward to displaying someone's car.

You are also welcome to join the party. There will be free food, drink, and entertainment.
