Buying a 16 2SS
Looking at picking up a new car this weekend. Found a fully loaded 2016 2SS with 24k miles. Asking price is 32k which appears to be on par based on the year/mileage/options.
Ran a CarFax on the car, seems clean. Only noticed a couple things: 1. It's listed as a "Corporate Vehicle". I also have a Autocheck report that states "The vehicle has been reported as used as a fleet, rental, and/or lease vehicle." I'm assuming it was leased, but I would have to check with the dealer. Something to be concerned about? 2. Two repairs were completed on the car a week ago according to CarFax. Crankshaft Position Sensor replaced and Radiator Fan replaced. Any known issues or something to be concerned about? Any tips or information are greatly appreciated - thanks guys! |

I agree with it being a lease. I doubt any company has a fleet of Camaro’s, nor a rental car company buying an SS to rent.

Yep sounds like a lease vehicle 2 years ready for a new vehicle.
Nothing sounds odd not aware of those being a known issue.
