Has anyone heard from Will at Overkill? Just ordered a tune about a week ago and haven’t received a response to a couple of questions I had. Thanks in advance y’all!

I just ordered my tune and it took a few days before it was sent out. Maybe a good chance he's on vacation this time of year. Still waiting on a response to my email from over a month ago, however... Think he needs to hire an assistant or something
