I made an additional ground with the wire I had from the exhaust manifold bolt to the bolt under hood that had a good ground.
Now it's 1,5 volts on cranking but new problem recently has appeared. Car won't start after getting gas (1-4 spins then starter dead).
where are u placing the meters leads to get these readings?

People have broke those boots off before, they're not really that tight aonyoura is either corroded or cross threaded. Try letting something like PB blaster soaknonnit for a few days re apply it daily. Then try you can work boot back and forth loose / tight and it should loosen up. Then clean everything really good and start adding grounds. I didn't add one there but a lot of people do. I added mine from Trans bellhousing to frame.

just between engine heads and good ground. In fact, it is very difficult to find a ground under the hood on a Camaros) I made additional ground the exaust manifold bolt

Yes but there are better choices out there, if the bolt breaks it's not a hard fix in that location.

does somebody know where the Vapor Canister Vent Valve / Solenoid on 5th gen Camaro ss is located ? I would replace it just in case

What happens when I set transmission to the manual shifts ? does the torque converter lock-up valve actuate and AFM disengages? I searched everywhere in internet but didn't find information why there are short-term vibrations in automatic tranny mode
