boost question on vortech V3 Si

Im currently running the 3.80" pulley on my vortech V3 and I just bought the 3.33" pulley. With the 3.80" pulley Im making 5.26 PSI max boost. does anyone know what I can expect to make PSI wise with the 3.33" pulley?

To answer we need to know what other mods you have and are you a L99 or LS3?

Its a LS3 (manual), it has Livernois stage 2R MAX cam, 1 7/8" LT headers, cat deletes, 3" MBRP exhaust, ATI super damper with 7" drive pulley for the SC, ZL1 fuel pump, FAST 85lb injectors, KB BAP. That's about it as far as the engine mods go, but I wouldn't understand how any of that would effect the boost, other then the drive pulley?

Headers and cam bleed boost off, that's why he wanted to know.

Im running the 3.47 pulley with the V3, METH, headers and...well.... rest is in my sig, im around 9-10 psi....also took off the black Vortech intake tube, and put on a Paxton style air filter... guys at ECS said I gained about an extra pound just from how restrictive it was.

I see your from MI so I will assume you are affiliated with Livernois one way or the other. ( BTW great dudes!) but my tuner let me know there is no such thing as a blower cam, yes there is a turbo cam...... Anyways my car is my pride and joy besides my wife, but she runs and sounds amazing. My numbers are in my sig if you have any other questions feel free to PM me, would I reccomend this cam.....? HELL YES!

Wow 708 at the tire on only 8.2 psi thats some kind of miracle......thats impossible unless you have a 500cu. in. motor or a "happy" dyno. Don't believe it.....

That was tuned by Clint at American Intense Racing, when I moved to LV it was retuned by Cody at Wicked HP and made 650. You can disagree all you want , there just numbers my car rarely gets driven and when it does its the speed limit

With stock cam and Kooks 1 7/8 headers I am right 9.8psi with my Vortech V3 with the 3.33 pulley. I also have a BIG K&N filter JRE sold me. I picked up about .8 PSI just from the filter change. I did cut the stock air tube so I could change the location on the filter.

Can I ask why you prefer that location? Wouldn't the air your pulling from around the headers/engine area be hotter? I'm asking honestly as I am considering this unit...

One room. I could not get the filter not to rub on stuff in the normal location. Vortech is the only supercharger that puts to filter out front. No 2 cars are the same. You would be surprised at the difference in dimensions of where the motors are mounted From car to car. Also my headers are JET hot coated that lowers under hood temps by over 100 Degrees. I'm usually only a couple degrees over ambient temperature after the intercooler. Looking at my old data logs between the old filter location and the new larger filter and new location I don't see any difference in inlet temperatures.

I would've put the filter in the normal position like most people have I just couldn't get it to fit

I also removed my ducting to gain that (possible) 1 lb of boost and my filter with the ducting would rub against the pulley. At idol the engine bay is hot period, once you start moving (and creating boost) the air in the engine bay would be cooler (my assumption)
