If you didnt race on the street which Im sure you did you must have raced at the track which doesnt make a diff and who really cares.

What you should have done was say nah Im sure your car would beat mine as I only have a V6 and that you could really careless. If I were you I would forget about the situtation as it means nothing in this short life and take the lesson you learned and ha.................. BUY A REAL CAMARO!! (v8)
Don't rip on his sixer man, a Camaro is a Camaro, and in ANY form is a hell of alot better than, for example, a Scion...

Kudos for buying a real, American car with some heritage instead of going foreign and trendy like so many 20 somethins do these days. The minute you trade in your Camaro for a Scion TC or a Civic SI or some trendy garbage like that, I'll laugh in your face, but until then keep runnin your Camaro, and do it proud man. ...And laugh at the Nissan Cube in your rearview mirror.

That's your preference, like the color of paint. If I had my way no white camaros would be considered camaros (kidding).

And yes that's it, 83 with a 305. Biggest POS I've ever seen. It died on me while I was driving yesterday.. had to have it towed. When we got home it started right back up. pissed me off so bad

It will require slightly more then just a swap. You will need to add a couple of wires to your wiring harness (you DONT need a whole new one, it litteraly is just like 2 more sensors/connection) and a PCM from the car

With the L67 and some mods you can be putting 250whp to the ground easily
theres a little bit more to it then that, but it is possible http://www.fullthrottle*******/forums...hlight=it+fits

Doesn't matter if you win or not... You automatically win 'cause you're driving American Muscle...not rice.

My old and new Camaro.

I had a v6 and used to give 94-98 mustang gts hell from a stop light. It was a fun car. most other cars didn't give me much competition(never raced an lt1 or ls1 lol) It would've been ugly for them. My flowmaster muffler/shaved lid/bodykitted camaro took no hostages it was a fun car. Thats where my learning began.

props to you for getting a muscle car, keep it moving in life and get faster and faster whether you do it with your 6 or if you get a v8 or whatever. just be happy with what you have and keep getting faster. Eventually you'll get where you want to be if you work hard. Good luck
