All PMs replied to, and all orders are sent out! We only have two sets left! However, we were able to scrounge up enough aluminum bar to make four more sets, and should be able to get them anodized and ready to ship before Christmas, but that will be it until mid-January or so. I've done a few package deals as well, thanks to all who ordered!

There is a way, but it wouldn't be very cost effective. There is a minimum charge of $100 for the anodizing per color. However, if you just want them orange in general, we could have a set powdercoated for not very much extra, and would leave critical surfaces that won't be exposed black.

Ok cool now here is a second question: I see cradle bushing made from Poly and Aluminum but would Delrin be about the same as Aluminum or would it be a comprimise between the two, reduced NVH of Poly but the stiffness of Aluminum??? I think I remember seeing Delrin Cradle Bushing just not sure.

Smile Great mail delivery today.

Thanks to Dave and 2012LS3VERT my solid cradle bushings came in today
I will install after the first of the year(2015) since pot hole season will be in full swing again very soon.Might wait till April for the install .Thought the phone camera would do a better job. When finished will post better photos.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE

Yes, BMR does make solid delrin bushings for the subframe. It may be a good solution for some people, but Delrin in that diameter is actually very expensive. I don't believe it is an issue of NVH with the various materials, because the car is still isolated from the road with the other moving component bushings. If it was an issue, I believe other cars with a removable rear subframe would use rubber instead of solid metal. I have had quite a few C5 and C6 Vettes apart, all solid mounting of the rear subframe.

The wait will be worth it:-). The parts look great and the packing around the parts was very well done. 2012LS3VERT and Dave took a lot of care with these parts and it shows.
Waiting for decent road conditions next year will be hard but Michigan roads are the pits
lately. Already lost a tire this past summer due to a pot hole.

Hate to hear that you have to wait for the roads to clear, but we think you will love it once they are installed! Some of these Alabama roads aren't too great either, I feel your pain when I hear those sounds that make you think "I hope nothing broke", but I love driving my car too much to not drive it almost everywhere, even when I know the roads are horrible. Good testing for the parts, is what I tell myself, lol.

Sure seems like the way to go. I currently have poly bushings and would like to swap them out for these. Any suggestion on how not to damage a good poly set? Also what is your lead time to IL

The poly ones come out pretty easy, I removed a BMR set from a customer car a few weeks ago, no damage. They just slid out with a little pulling, after we removed the center sleeve. Our free shipping is FedEx ground, so 2-3 days from AL to IL. We can ship via 2 day or overnight for the additional cost, but since we almost always ship same day for orders placed before 4pm central, we don't usually have any issues with shipping times.
