I've talked to Ahmed and he said the latest VTC fixed the engine misfire issue.

Send a message via MSN to Scott@Bjorn3D
Recalibrate the VTC like you did when it was fist installed that will fix many of the issues.

I had that nasty engine code popped again, error stabilitrak, engine powered down. Anyone have any suggestions. I've tried recalibration the VTC. I uninstalled the vtc, waiting to hear.

my ZL1 did that several time over the years but dealer could'nt duplicate. on the 5th time I called onstar and they logged it. Went to dealer and got new ecu. 2012 had issues with the delphi computers. that could be the issue. I also have the vitesse with no issues so a faulty computer could be your problem. Good luck!!

Pretty sure they are the same part for both engines, at least that's what his site shows. You should def recalibrate it, it's part of the procedure for install anyway.
No matter how many times I calibrated/reinstalled eventually I'd get the reduced power message and then limp mode. I'll probably be sending it back to Ahmed with hopes a new one won't do this and will report back here.
