My camaro is on order there, my salesman e-mailed me today that it was there and said to feel free to come and take a look. I have a decent camera, I'll try and go tonight and get some pictures.

WOW I never imagined there were as many impatient people as me wanting there very own new 2010 Camaro as me. It seems there is alot of info out there I was not aware of. I have been asking my dealer for weeks if there is and new info on my my car and he says he has nothing for me as of yet. But as i read i see that others that have ordered have great info. I recieved info from GM that my order was accepted on Oct 20th, order Number A03908223 but my dealer has NO info for me. Is that even right?lol

That order number is a bit strange... It should be a 6 character "number" most likely starting with "N"

that's the order # on your picture from the welcome kit. You need to go to your dealer and ask for the order Workbench print out. While your at it have him sign a Order sheet with all your prices on it.

I drove into Indianapolis to take the pictures and the car was gone

The owner picked it up today instead of Saturday as planned. So, no pictures, nothing I could do about it. :(

The amount of time between when the dealer calls and when I'm there could not be measured.
And if it meant that the paperwork wasn't ready 'til the next day, you damn well better believe I'd be sleeping in that puppy right up to the second that every piece of paper was signed, sealed and delivered.

And no one would have been touching, sitting in, getting their grubby paws on a single thing on that car while I was waiting - I woudn't give a damn who they were, how many Camaro's they ordered. Nada! Let them come to this forum and drool.

Then I'd be looooooooooong gooooooooooooone.

Some good may have come from my trip, there were about 6 people in front of me in priority that had not had their order picked up. Today, my salesman e-mails me and tells me my order has been picked up

I think he may have felt guilty about me coming in and the car not being there like he said it would be, so he got the priority bumped. Maybe not, but either way, i'm happy now

No, Penske.

I talked to Dellen, but they would not honor GM family discounts for the car. Penske said they thought they would, but now Penske is acting iffy about it. But I know I have MSRP.
