should i keep my old clutch master and brake reservoir
I just installed my Ideal clutch master cylinder and a auto brake reservoir. Wondering if I should keep the old parts. I'm not going to clean them. Will the clutch master cylinder be OK? Just being in a zip lock bag.

Keeping your stock parts is up to you. I always keep my stock parts because you never get your money back from mods. So if I ever sell or trade I can put it back to stock. Plus in a pinch if I needed a spare part and have the stock one it would get me by until I can replace it with the upgraded part again.
Storing the old master cylinder in a ziplock bag is a good idea but the remaining brake fluid may eat through the bag eventually. So you may want to double or triple bag it. It would also help if you just get some Denatured Alcohol from your local hardware store and clean it out. But I guess that's up to you. There is no right or wrong when it comes to keeping your stock parts. Many people feel they can reduce their cost of mods by selling the stock parts. You usually don't get much for stock parts though. Then I will often see people looking to re-buy stock parts when they are going to sell the car. So I just keep mine. I've already paid for them once. No sense in paying for them again.
