Water in trunk

Ive got a 2011 Camaro SS auto with 63000 kilometers. I opened the truck the other day after a good rain and the carpet was wet on the drivers side. Any ideas ?

Do you have a sunroof? Check the drain tubes. They run thru the top of the trunk. I had one of the drains slip off the connection and destroy close to 2 grand in stereo equipment.

What he said. That's usually what's the cause.

Same problem on mine. Sunroof drain tubes were the issue. Located in the trunk passenger side right behind the speaker.

there is also occasionally an issue where the trunk release cable gets in a bind and breaks the seal on the trunk. Open/close the trunk and watch this cable on the forward passenger side of the trunk to see if that's the case
