Per Fbodfather, Blue Ray Metallic matches the blue on the Dusk Edition.

We saw the BRM corvette at the Indy 500, and it looks just like the pix of the Dusk Edition color. We loved the color. The first side I saw was in the shade, and it looked flat black. Other side of the Vette was in full sun. It was clearly blue, not black or grey/silver as some have said. As we wandered to other cars nearby, I kept glancing back at the BRM, and the color would shift at different angles, sunlight levels, etc.
