Squash fuel system question

I have a squash return system with 8 supply and 6 return, my question is the 6 return enough to make +1kwhp or not?

I went with 8, maybe even 10. Cannot fully remember. 6 was choking the build. 418 ls3 with twins and 4l80e.

-6 will feed 1kwhp reliably. It is about pressure with fuel injection, not volume. Carburetors need volume because they don't have the pressure.

I used a stock feed line to a short 8AN line that Y'ed to 6AN to reach rail and also used a 6AN return line and fed over 1kwhp with zero issues with Squash. I'm currently running 6AN feed and using the factory feed as a return. I only changed things because I switched over to the Squash E85 pumps (had regular gas before) and figured while I was in there, I'd change the lines to the Aeroquip startlite Squash offers.

I believe it was Dave Steck who said they haven't reached the limits of 3/8 fuel line (comparable to 6AN) yet on GTRs.
