Got a call from GMCS

OK, it's been said several times here that the GM Customer Service # is useless. Well, I called them once a week for a few weeks now, seeing that my dealer just couldn't get any info on the progress of my order. On one occasion, CS asked for my phone # and asked me if I wanted them to call me with updates, so I said (Hell) 'Yes'. They also asked me for the name of my dealer. Well, today CS called me and asked if I had received any updates from my dealer. I told them that for some reason, they were not able to give me any. She then told me that my car was completed and was in the shipping stage. So, for all that think that CS calls your dealer for information, I don't think so. They were very helpful in my case and each time I called them, they gave me new info that the dealer supposedly did not have. Just my experience.

Lol theres only 2 numbers so he had to call either of the 2.

One is 1 800 222 1020

The other I dont have but have called before.
