I've been battling with migraines since I was 15.... been working with a Neurologist for the last 2 years... Ultimately to get an offer of employment, you need to pass their medical which when diagnosed as a migraine suffer you need to go under extensive review and testing to insure that it will not effect your performance / safety on the job.

Ultimately, in the end... with the medication I was on, I didn't / wasn't able to complete the medical successfully so I was given an 'extension' to try and find a viable medication that will help control and curb / prevent the migraines.

Best news ever... Working with the neurologist through side effects, problems, and a whole slew of other unpleasant interactions we finally found something that worked.

And thus - > I now have my letter of migraine prevention from both my neurologist and the recruiting physician stating that Migraines do not prevent from being able to play a safe and effective role in the world of Policing.

So, VERY VERY happy about this!

Glad you're back Joe, and that you seem to have your health in order.
I know there's a lot to do down the road, but I hope everything goes well, and you're able to fulfill your endeavour.
We're pullin' for you

I can't believe it was so tough for you to get that job as a male stripper!

Maybe you need a quieter car?
