Anyone use PowerStop?
So i have r1 concepts premium rotors and hawk ceramic pads...the rotors are warped and look like a melted frisbi (exaggeration). Well i dont have the coin to shell out $800-$900 bucks on doing my brakes at the moment but i need to do the asap because the shaking at high speed braking is just not safe anymore...so has anyone used PowerStop Brake kits? Seems like a cheap soulution...im only trying to buy a year out of them... Anyone have experience?

I haven't used Powerstop before. But I'm slightly leery about running drilled rotors due to nightmares I've seen where the rotor cracks or grenades around the drilled holes due to heat cracking.
But, I did recently switch from the OEM Brembo setup to Hawk Yellow pads with StopTech Slotted rotors and I love the setup.. no squealing and a lot less brake dust. Either way you go, I found great deals by purchasing from autoanything.com . Using the following code will net you 16% off + free shipping too: FRMTUNDRA16 With that code, here are the "out the door" prices for a new set of rotors: Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors ($350.20): http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/6...0A3316286.aspx Stop Tech Slotted Rotors ($423.81): http://www.autoanything.com/brakes/61A2722A0A0.aspx Best of luck
