Cool Day one, first Mustang challenge

It took all of four hours to get my first Mustang rev. On the interstate and I hear this loud rev. Didn't see him till I realize he's mergi ng on. I'm just breaking in my car so I just wave him to go ahead. Already a lot of attention. Head turning. Compliments. Heh. I think it was like a 97 Stang.

Haven't encountered anything, just a lot of head turning and complaints. Its sometimes difficult to hide the smile on your face cause they wish they were you.

For real, its like your car is a rock star and you get to ride her = p, in a way of speaking haha. Unless they dont care about cars at all and its all about A to B to them, they will look and stare and drool. Anytime i see more then one person in a car i always catch them looking, its a complete conversation ender... Like "Woah Woah dude, stfu did you just see that car" lol

I'm sure it's not a serious challenge!! I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee about a year ago do the same thing....lol..........some folks on here have theorized it was their way of hearing us crank the Camaro up.

I dont know, but either way it is amusing!!!

I challenged a vette the other day on a 2 lane onramp as it was coming up beside me, I floored it but the vette still overtook me. I don't think the vette driver was even aware I was attempting to race them. I was in my honda oddesey mini van with 3 passengers and a full tank of gas, the vette was probably lighter.

HA. Forget which vehicle you were in?

Today I was just getting used to the dimensions of the car. Forget trying to race.

yeah I really wouldn't want to street race the camaro out here in CA, can get into some serious trouble. Nobody seems to challenge me either which is fine by me.
