small oil leak

I have small amount oil coming from long oil stem that goes into the crossram manifold.What best way to take out or can it be tighten?

There picture of the motor in my album.it the long chrome stem with oil cap on top.It leaking where stem goes into manifold.

The oil filler tube is not screwed in, rather, it's seated in place with force.

You can remove the oil cap, take a block of wood and place it over the top of the filler tube and tap it with a hammer. Do NOT go crazy and beat the tube down into the manifold.

If this technique fails, you may have to replace the tube with a new one. The new filler tube will need to be installed with the method described above.

Think i solved the problem,I bought new oil cap it fits alot tighter.Drove car around seem to be working.Need to take longer ride to be sure.Thanks for your advice.
