clutch issues cant find an answer

i installed a mcleod rxt clutch, new slave/throwout, new master, ticks speed bleeder and remote reservoir. bench bled master and slave. i have vacuum bled, truttled the shit out of it. im not longer getting air. i have some pressure. but when i crack the bleeder it sticks to the floor. the fingers on the clutch are all even. spacing is correct. ive literally got about 20 hrs into this thing trying to bleed it. the clutch engages and disengages good but its only about an inch off the floor. any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it not getting enough fluid? still have stock clutch line. seems like twin disk should have more pressure.

I feel like I'm missing something. Are you pulling the pedal back to the top when bleeding it?

What are you using to press the pedal? The procedure should be pump the pedal a few times, open the bleeder, press the pedal to the floor, close the bleeder, then pull the pedal back to top and repeat. The pedal won't come back on its own after bleeding because you have just bled all of its fluid out and there is nothing pushing against it.

i know that, i did this procedure 3,900 times. its bled of no problem last clutch. i wish i could send a video. my gf is doing the pumping while im under the car. i feel as the throw out isnt getting enough throw. if i can get my engagement point up off the floor a few more inches id be happy.
