Unless you are racing this car evertime you drive it or 90% of the time I wouldn't buy it. As they have taken all things out like I believe A/C and other things that are considered luxury items in these cars. So if you want just performance then cool, but if you want the comfort and performance then this wouldn't be the car for you. And we know how everyone hear seems to bitch about all the goodies and not having them.

Hopefully GM has changed from the days when the motor had to be pulled to change the plugs...... (W Bodies)

What W-car required that? None of the V6 cars are too difficult. The mid 70's Monza V8s were a different story.

+1
I would like to own a Viper too, but I wouldn't get rid of my Z06 for one.

Regal, Grand Prix, etc, though i was able to change them on my GTP with a lot of hassle LOL, also the braces under the hood had to be removed to change the battery, and even worse, the battery on my parents 96 Lumina was located behind the motor under the wiper cowl, PITA.

The Camaro is a whole new idea, not just some regugitated makeover of a tired idea.. The Ford faithful will gobble up anything that the MOCO throws at them but not this Chevy guy...
Really? Are you serious?

The car comes with upgraded road course worthy suspension and brakes, lighter than the GT, plus a forged rotating assembly..

Trade my camaro for a Ford. You must be smoking something to even ponder an idea.

I think the story goes if you dont watch what your drinking could end up with unplanned kids or a ford.

Humor folks dont take to seriously

It's probably the other way around here, everyday I see more and more new Camaro's and less and less new Mustangs...I just don't like Ford, the company. I don't care what they make. Life is seldom lived on a 1/4 mile track.

Don't forget Ford does not have any upper echelon like we do with the ZO6,ZO8 or Z1R, so possibly the Boss and Cobra were made more as contenders for the Vette, which the Vette will kill the Cobra and make the Boss the Boss of defeat. There is no replacement for displacement.

I wouldn't trade it in, I'd consider buying one if I wanted to spend money on another performance car. But all my money is going into my current performance car! It's a respectable car but I think the ZL1 will be a better platform regardless of the cash difference
