I honestly would never paint my car ever. Paint shops never get all the door jams and everything right

well, to get your who;e car done they're gunna hafta completely disassemble the car, paint, then reassemble. reputable place might cost you several thousand. i'll ask around and let ya know if i come up with anything. In the meantime, there's a meet-up way closer to us on Saturday mornings. Check the Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee thread. Be good to finally see you out sometime.

I have heard very good things about Cliffs Hi Tech in Essex and Walter J's in Dundalk over the years. Both are very costly in comparison to the smaller shops around.

Agree with Stieger...you get what you pay for.

Ever thought about just wrapping it? I'm thinking of going that way. Offers protection for your current paint and going back is as easy as removing the wrap.

Hmmm, actually have no idea where you'd get that done. I was going to attempt it myself if the time ever came. From what I hear it takes a few weekends doing it yourself. I've seen the car wraps on Amazon for about $50 each. I imagine it would take 2 -3 to do, with some extra there to account for the mess ups.

Gott Auto Body in Annapolis was recommended to me by two other members here for my stripes. They did outstanding work and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.
