okay parts came in so they opened up the rear end. when they opened the parts box they only got 1 set of clutch paks, but u need 2 sets. so they ordered another set, suppose to be here thur. ridiculos! service advisor was upset because he found out that the dealership was now gonna hv to pay for my rental car instead of gm. not to concerned with me the customer waiting this whole time. not happy

Same exact thing happened to me, ended up keeping the car two extra days due to this, I was like really! How hard is it, I mean it's not like it's your job to get this right, no wait it is, and there goes my sympathy and ability to come back to your dealership for anything else! Hope you get it fixed quickly. |

I'm sorry to hear about the delays there James. Hopefully they get you back in working condition soon. If you continue to have issues like this let me know and I'll do my best to help you.

I am going in next thursday again to get them to "hear the problem",keep your fingers crossed I got 25,000 miles on it now need them to fix before warranty goes out! This will be my third time in, first time they changed the fluid and was good for awhile then started doing it again. Took it back said they couldn't hear it. Now they should definately be able to hear it,it's ridiculously loud I mean people I know say to me what the hell is that noise as I am pulling into a parking lot!So hope they get it right this time and replace the clutch packs.
