Fuse pull is only in the V8, v6 doesn't have it.

So the ECM just figures it out on it's own? and adjusts spark timing accordingly?

LFX doesn't seem to automatically adjust. Not sure if the fuse pull will work. I think you will need a tune to get the advantage of premium for our ECU.

You really don't need it. 93 is a waste in most cars.

Our 2LTs are great without.

Dont forget to do a fuse pull to reset the ECM when you switch back to higher octane.

I have had two V6's a stick and now and Auto Never had an issue with 87

Haven't ever put premium in the Camaro before... Didn't even cross my mind. Maybe I will fill her with 93 next fill up and go see if there is a difference. :-D

The dealership filled me up with a tank of 93 to impress me. That was the only tank of 93 I ever had.

87 has served my LFX well.
