Cheap insurance and thre timing chain is off already so why not replace it? My car has a Katech C5.R timing chain on it now.

If you have the parts, do it. My main concern would be the oil pump. Timing chain not really; there have been many cases of oil pump failure and about 0 chain fail. I just replaced mine because I was there doing the oil pump. I put a newer 6th gen style for 50$ or so. If you're not spinning over 6800-7000 rpm, there is no reason to do a C5R, unless for lifetime insurance, even then.
