Z28 replica 20x10 +35 square fit 2010 SS?

I saw some replicas that are 20x10 +35 with 285/30 tires all around. Pretty good price but I cant find the answer if they will fit a factory 2010 as non lowered without rubbing.

Would hate to have to get different tires since these have good tires.

Thanks!

Pretty sure they’ll fit just like mine do on my 2015. 285/35zr20 was the recommended size for the fronts when I bought my wheels. I have 20x10 +35 MRR M228’s with 275/40zr20 (taller than a 285/35zr20 and comes closer the the spring plate on the front struts) DWS06’s at all 4 corners. No rubbing, no spacers needed and eliminated nearly all of the inherent understeer. About 5/16” clear between strut and sidewall on the fronts and rears have ample room everywhere. Hope this helps.

Just noticed you said 285/30. Those should have even more clearance, but are smaller diameter, so your speedometer will be off by about 7%. With the 285/30r20 if your speedometer shows 65, you’ll actually be doing about 60

That's exactly what I was looking for thanks! So for the speedo to be correct I would need 285 35 tires all around?

275/40zr20 and 245/45zr20 are what the Camaro SS came with and are 28.66” diameter. 285/35zr20 are 27.86” dia and would put you around 63 mph when the speedometer reads 65, and 285/30zr20 are 26.74” dia and puts you around 60 when the speedo reads 65. Nothing wrong with running any of these sizes, but you have to keep the speedo difference in mind. I went with 275/40zr20 to keep the speedo reading correct, but the lower profile sidewall of the 35 and 30 series tires do have their own advantages when it comes to handling.

This info is not accurate. Stock tire size is 27.7" tall, not 28.7"
rears are 275-35-20 and fronts are 245-40-20, at least that is for sure what's on my car

Oh - never mind, this is for a 5th gen - is this a combined tire and wheel forum? I have a 6th gen. Different tire sizes.

Yea might be a combined forum. I missed out on the deal but I'm still looking to buy this square setup so now I know what tire size to get.

I have a 2014 RS 2LT and I just installed ZL1 Replicas, powder coated gloss black, wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 tires. Wheels are a square setup 20X10" tires are 275/35/20 on all four corners. Installed last evening and I drove the car nearly 200 miles today... ZERO problems, great ride. When I was installing them last evening I checked the clearance between the sidewall and the strut, there was about 3/8" of an inch which is great. Larry

Glad you found a good deal. I love my DWS06’s so far. Good grip even in freezing temps, such a nice, smooth, quiet ride. Hope they last longer than my Pirelli’s did.
