A quick update details are still being worked out but a contract is signed for the resort the dates are set.
Mark your calendars Labor Day weekend 2015. Plan to spend them at Walt Disney World for a large car event

I am still working out the registration info with the other show in getting the packages worked out, they are had an issue with their web site.
What I can tell you is the show will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Here is the event schedule (Tentative) Packages are being worked out that will include your hotel room, show registration, and evening events for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. (Because of the amount of rooms we had to guarantee the hotel we would sell we may be forced require a minimum of 1 night stay at the hotel) The good news is that you can split a room with a friend and add a second registration for a vehicle for them. (Remember we are talking Tens of thousands of dollars tied up in the rooms, food, insurance, etc... to hold this kind of event, thus the reason why we really need to have ALL participants stay on site (cut costs share a room 2-3 people) Discount tickets for Disney are also being worked out. Vehicle Registration Packages include the room (resort fees, and taxes, registration, event bag, event shirt, and parties) All Year Camaro & Firebirds Trophies awarded to the top vehicles Door prizes and 50/50 Dedicated parking area for all show vehicles adjacent to exhibition hall Nightly security for car show parking area Parties Parties with buffet, live entertainment and cash bar, children free Themed attire encouraged, prizes awarded to the best dressed Exhibitors Air conditioned inside exhibit area, no display vehicle inside Outside area only for exhibitor display vehicles Used parts or swap meet type items prohibited Nightly security for inside and outside areas EVENT SCHEDULE Friday September 4, 2015 Car show 12pm-5pm Marketplace open 12pm-5pm Evening at Mardi Gras 7pm Saturday September 5, 2015 Car show 9am-5pm Marketplace open 9am-5pm Rock n Roll Sock Hop 7pm Sunday September 6, 2015 Car show 9am-2pm Marketplace open 9am-2pm Award cocktail reception 3pm-4pm
