This definitely flies in AZ. Most all major PDs have these types of cars. They use them for DARE program at the schools and also for recruiting tools.

So a seized 2010 2SS/RS blinged out Camaro isn't a complete rarity here.

They do it around here quite a bit, all different kinds of vehicles. I heard there was a unmarked Corvette around here.( but I have never seen it) What he does is tail someone speeding and calls for a marked cruiser to do the dirty work.

The police, DEA FBI can seize your vhicle for a number of reasons. Than you have to prove they can't. Not them prove they can.
