So how are these going to be handed out? Can someone hand them out at the fest when we are driving in and paying out money? Someone could hand one set each for each car as they pull in an pay.

More than likely that's the way we will do it. Only the registered members will need one. Spectators won't require an ID badge. We may have someone at the gate writing your info on them. Username and name. They are mainly so that we recognize each other but we DO want our members to have them. This is not a driver badge. There will be wrist bands for that.

I work in a print shop and I made two 51/2x81/2 tags for both of my cars. reading 68/2010 Camaro5 Willard - 68/2010 Camaro5 Milissa. Do you think that's ok.?

The IDs are for the members to wear. The Cab cards are different.
