GM Rep on this forum

Does anyone on here have the name of one of the GM customer service reps that is on Camaro5? I would like to send them a private message about a 5th bow issue that I am having to see if they can be of any assistance. I have already talked with my dealership and they told me that for this particular case I would need to contact GM directly.

IMHO you will get the party line. Which may or may not be helpful.

So far I have heard nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that they have received my message. If I do not hear anything I will try another method of contact.

Your pissing in the wind, they will offer nothing to help. Its a piss poor design, did the 5th bow repair and it lasted 2 years, fixing it again, on my dime again. I'm sure if I keep it this wont be the last time

I'm a GM guy, I have 4, but they screwed us on this one hard
