Question about tinting headlights/ tail lights/ etc. - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I live not too far from Big Worm Graphics in Fort Worth where they tint all the lights. Does anyone know if this is legal in Texas and how dark to go before my headlights suck to see at night. I have regular headlights.

Play at your own risk..... I have a tint on mine so you can still see red, will see when I have my first inspection.....

Man, that is so Vague. I just keep seeing a ton of cars with it done and it looks really good.

Well I'm gonna find out this month if my side turn lights are gonna be rejected...I lightly painted them CGM.

Have had LEO's behind with no problem. Like everything else research your inspection stations....

Good Luck to ya! I think I will go with the Gunsmoke which is 12% and it won't be as noticeable. I just want the tail lights, headlights, and flood lights done.

Well I took mine off and painted them the color of my stripes with a gloss on top. I can pop them off and sand them just as fast, pass inspection, and repaint them.....no problemo!!!

Very nice! I wish someone would post that has been through a state inspection, lol.
