Aeroforce interceptor gauge problems -SOLVED
I just finished the install procharger, cam, methanol,infection, etc. When I was testing the interceptor gauge, it displayed fuel rail pressure and vacuum without a problem. When I tried to setup the parameters that I want to monitor, the gauge kept turning itself off, and triggered the abs and stabilitrak lights on the dash. Has anyone else had this problem?
I have done some reading on the Aeroforce tech site and found some people with similar problems, but no clear solutions. There was a suggestion that trying to monitor some un-supported parameters might cause this, but no one ever confirmed it. I found the gauges by browsing camaro5, so I know a lot of guys here are using them. Hope someone here has found a solution. Going to tune and dyno next week. I'm hoping for 675rwhp. Thanks

I run the Aeroforce but never had that issue. Sometimes it locks up but never what you have stated. Try clearing the DTC if any and connect the gauge after the car is running.

Have mine set to monitor IAT and knock,P1 and P2 set to 2.5. I have the wideband sensor but haven't installed it yet.

Thanks again. I am going to talk to the guys at lethal performance today and see what they know as well. I going to de select all the parameters and start over. I will post the results and solution when I find it.

After hours of sitting in the car pushing both buttons on the gauge constantly selecting and deselecting parameters, I gave up and took the gauge out to find the numbers on the back and send it back for repair. When I did, I noticed that the obd connector on the back of the gauge was disconnected. After hooking it back up, everything works fine now. I have now idea how the thing was getting power to turn on. I can only guess that it had a very bad connection and moving the mount to remove the gauge completely disconnected it.
So my first step in troubleshooting anything now is to check connections, even if it powers on, check the connections, then look for other problems. Thanks again
