I'm thinking around 78k as well.
More than I want to spend.

That's GTR and Z06 territory.

While it would make sense (sort of) for it to cost over 75k, I'm hoping for sub 70k, at least for non-Convertible, manual trans cars with relatively low options. Reason I say is for 66k-75k and from 78k-100k, you're talking GT-Rs, C6 ZR-1s, and C7 Z06s and more, which would devour pony cars. And as far as the mods, it takes more power and therefore money to make a 4200# car go as fast as a 3300# car. Almost leaving no point in buying a muscle car, save for 1) Loving camaros/muscle cars 2) Needing a back seat. (Both of those reasons wouldn't' stop me though )

I think the price of the C7 Stingray GS is keeping the price of the new ZL1's in check. Which is a good thing for people looking to buy a bad ass Camaro for around 62-65K.

But at that price unless I really needed the back seat for little ones I'd just get the C7 GS. Best overall value on the market IMHO right now.

Agree. Seriously looking at that right now.... They are very nice, especially for the road course.

Gen 6 ZL1. $62,000. Think I will wait a year or two and get one for middle to higher $50s. Still don't care for how small they are in side. Will for sure keep my Gen 5

This new ZL1 is going to change the game at that price point. GM is making a statement with this one. Basically a new C7Z blended with the new CTSV for $40K less with more tech and cooling issues solved?? Can't get past the looks but I will probably be in one in a few years

Absolutely love me 5th Gen though.
