Ported intake manifold

Well, finally got enough miles on the car to dyno test. (LS3 6 speed manual) Pretty happy with the results Stock- 380.17rwhp/380.42rwtq. Did a few runs to make sure testing was accurate, it didn't vary more than 1 hp/tq between highest and lowest pull. We had a manifold that has been ported with some pretty good flowbench results. Decided that we should test it out. Worked really well. 390.68rwhp/386.21rwtq. At this point there has been no computer programming done. We have a FAST manifold coming for testing later this week, we will see how it does against the ported stock one.

Nice numbers,It is amazing to see the amount of HP that can be tapped from these engines.

I wanted to have 1500 miles for break in, but it was taking too long. I did this at 750 miles. I simply broke it in hard. I ran it to redline often and drove around no more that third gear a lot. Lots of downshift deceleration. I have had a lot of LS engines and they all seem to like to be broken in hard.

My dyno is in the ground, in my shop. LOL A little east of Brandon on Parsons avenue. $75.00 and you get 3 pulls and wideband o2.

Pretty awesome that you picked up that much HP/TQ from porting the manifold. This'll beg good news for all of the "warranty" guys on this board.
