Congrats.

What was the listening titled? I have an alert see on eBay for “Hurst Comp Stick Camaro” which is supposed to email me if a matching listing gets posted. I check eBay daily as well. Oh well, it’s not meant to be.

I did the same thing. Thats how I found one. As soon as the alert hit my phone I jumped on it. It wasn't cheap but it has all the original parts and supposedly in excellent condition. Had to give $599 for it. I guess you got to pay to play!

Thanks for the reply.

I’ve given up on the Hurst comp stick and am talking with CFD to do the manual shifter conversion.

WOW! Maybe someone from Hurst should read this thread. Called them 2 weeks ago, inquiring about re-releasing this shifter. I was told the reason for cancelling production was due to lack of customer interest~go figure. I think the problem was due to it being released around the same time as the then "popular" DefenderWorx's Transformer shift handle and they just didn't wait for sales to improve. ATTENTION Hurst~ Not everyone wants "Optimus Prime" as their ride.

Going to go with one of CDF's setups. He is highly recommended on this site & does an excellent job fabricating shifters. What's really cool is that one can swap out shift handles like with a manual shifter, allowing the ability to customize your automatic.

Hurst would easily sell 50 kits.

Oh well, their loss.

I called Hurst twice before I found the one on ebay. Not sure why they would be so reluctant to reproduce this shifter kit? Mine is suppose to arrive on Monday. Cant wait to install. I just added AirAid cold air system and Flowmaster outlaw exhast. Then had my baby tuned on the dyno. The shifter is the icing on the cake!

Besides looking bad ass, what does this shifter add?
