2015 z28 misfire

I have misfire with flashing engine light when I plug in scanner no codes came up , car feels like it’s lacking power bad
I don’t really lied dropping this car with mechanics :////
Any help advice where I should start wILL be appreciated
Car has 24K miles , cam and heads been done with msd intake and katech TB

use your scanner and look up the stored codes to see what the code was when it was flashing. could be just a bad fuel injector going out or a coil pack.

Try to idenify the cylinder. Then get a compression test performed.

all great advices, but why don't you start from the spark plugs?
how many miles and years do they have? have you tried removing them and check them?

sometimes the simplest answer is the right one

You can purchase a cheap inferred heat gun at harbor freight and if you have headers (assuming) start the engine and hit the 8 header pipes coming out of the heads. This may show you which cylinder is the issue, then work from there. Plug wire, spark plug, coil and injector. You can test the coil by swapping to another cylinder and see if the problem stays or moves with the coil.

I have had those issues but my car always gave a code on what cylinder was missing firing. One turned out to be the plug wire was not fully one. So check that out first.
