Not surprised at all. There was only one real choice for NACOTY.
What about the Leaf?

I would be mad but not as mad as if the Sonata won. At least the Leaf offers some new technology in it, even if it is completely half-assed and impractical.
Sonata? The excuse I hear for why it "deserves" NACOTY is because it's "shaking up the midsize sedan segment." So what? The new Fusion did the same thing, the Malibu did the same before it, every time a new midsize sedan is released it "shakes up the midsize sedan segment." I really don't understand why people see it as so special that it should beat what is arguably one of the most technologically advanced cars in history.

i went to the san jose autoshow a couple days ago. I sat in a 2010 camaro again and i liked how everything looked and felt high quality (except for dash, speedometer area/square shapes, and radio area). Felt really solid though, i liked that. I looked at the Volt as well, that thing was hideous. it looks WAY better in pictures. In person, that exterior car design looks WAY WAY too busy, uuuuuugly.....id still like one as a daily driver if theyre affordable enough but man i was let down big time by its looks.

I prefer the SRT8! I can't wait to see the new GC SRT8, if the standard GC looks that good I can only imagine what the SRT8 will look like
