I have a set I haven’t installed yet, but Im not willing to part ways with it. I’d be curious on the feasibility and legality of finding a machine shop that can duplicate these based on the set I have.

I don’t see why not, if they aren’t sold anymore... I would buy the duplicates...

The Z28 has a Delrin type insert, I thought the Zl1 had the same. Not sure though.

Well then an option would be to put 2 new z/28 arms with inserts, on your ZL1. Looks like they are ~$100 each. May not be the best option for just the inserts.

Not your ZL1 but the op ZL1 is what I meant

The Z28 arms/bushing are better than BMR inserts. Not sure if aftermarket solid bushings are available anymore.
What are you trying to do? The GM setup is pretty darn good up front.
