Probably just needs to be re-indexed.
If you weren't such a dick I'd tell you that could be accomplished by removing the negetive battery cable for about ten minutes, hook it back up, then turn on the ignition and follow the prompts on the screen to re-index the rear windows.

My bad... looks like there have been more than a few issues with the rear windows on verts. Specifically regulators/motors.
