If this help a member here give a cheaper idea to fill the holes using aluminum tape and JBweld...
1)put tape on top of the trunk covering the holes with out pressing
2)turn trunk lid and fill holes with JBweld, let it dry, turn lid, remove tape, JBweld should be smooth for the aluminum surface, use touch up paint to finish...

You need to get the holes welded up then have the trunk re painted

This is an option, but I would think it would be costly. If you don't want to do this or a new trunk lid, I would use silicone.

you paid to install the wing.. its so easy i hope you didn't pay much...
but just use one of the black plugs for the trunk and put silicone through the bottom so it won't move

If you are happy with the hole plugs use just a little bit of RTV around them and that will keep them solid in place forever.

I'm glad you said this ! Been trying to figure out where people are getting plugs . I can just take two from the trunk liner ?
