Lightbulb Leather possible on an LT1?

Hey guys I've been looking at this forum almost every day for the past year, but decided to join just recently. I've looked through the workbook as many times as I could without going crazy and was wondering whether or not you could get leather on an LT1. Thanks

Welcome to the site!

The answer to your question is no. The leather seats are only on the 2LT and the 2SS. If you look in the ordering workbook (on page 10), there is a breakdown of what can and can't be ordered with each model.

^well you will not be dissapointed with the 2LT, the extra cash is well worth all the cool features you get! And besides, just my personal opinion but I think the price jump from the LS to the 1LT is too high considering what you get with 1LT. Welcome to the site, and of course always feel free to ask questions!

All car manufactures group their options nowadays.

I would prefer cloth seats on a 2SS.

Corvettes are all leather. And I must say the Corvette 3LT seat wraps around me like a well-worn baseball glove.

My son says it's the most comfortable seat for him anywhere.

I'll be fine with leather in the 2SS.

lol Spike! Just fyi DeLegend it is best to refer to the equipement groups first with their numerical identification, then the appropriate trim designation like 1LT or 2SS.

How about that baseball glove leather on the Audi TT?

Well my original thinking was that I could get an LT1, get the convenience and connectivity package, and somehow sneak in leather seats, which is kinda like an LT2, except separate, therefore I thought I could get it cheaper (You know, like cheating the system) Plus the car I have now has cloth seats and it sucks to always have to shampoo them and worry about spilling something, but then again theres nothing worse than cheap leather (which I've heard is NOT on the camaro, which is good "only quality leather on a quality car")

I am going to get the 1LT/RS with cloth. And then afterwards I will decide if I actually want to upgrade to the leatherette seats.

I never noticed that before.

I think I like it. Ordering it would be decided by if it smells and feels like the real thing. It probably does.

What do you think of it?
