OK whats next

Ok the camaro was successful off of the Camaro by bringing back HP and some retro styling. What would you all think about them bringing back something else? Say Chevell, Nova? I think GM did a great job with incorporating old features into the camaro with new. I would like to see something even more similar to the past like Dodge did with challenger.

Personally I would like to see something stripped down I dont need all this electronic and fancy smancy garbage in the interior. I am talking old school 454, 396 CARBED, etc.

Good luck finding a time machine, because that's the only way you'll ever find a carbureted, striped down production car again.

It's cheaper for companies now to build cars with power everything and electronic everything than it is to offer them as options. So many people want the electronic stuff that it is actually cost prohibitive to make power windows or XM radio optional anymore.

And a carburetor? Ha! That will never see the light of day again, even NASCAR is switching to fuel injection next year.

I think having just one retro car is best as it keeps the market being saturated with retro cars

I would like to see a retro corvette with a split rear window. I know that would be a hot seller.

well nova in spanish means no go. I'd actually like to see the GTO. I know pontiac is dead but those old school GTOs in the 60s were badass.

more cost productive because they make money on it.

If you really think about it if you have a 30k car think about how much of that cost is garbage stuff like XM, dual climate control, the stuff that you could really live without, I mean can probably find a dozen things that arent needed. I will not lie, power windows, locks, and AC I love and wouldnt go without.

regardless of some naysayers I think if you produced the following GM cars as they were back in the day with modern things like power steering, brakes, windows, AC, etc. But left out all the non sense, I think they would fly off the shelf

Chevelle
GTO
442
